When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number so we can identify you and keep you informed about your repairs.

When you book a repair, we collect your device brand and model, the issue you describe, and any pickup or delivery address you provide so we can carry out the service.

We keep a record of the quotations we issue to you, the service plan you select, and the status of each repair, so you and our team can track progress.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Flutterwave. We receive confirmation of your payment status, but we do not store your full mobile money or card details on our servers.

We keep records of messages you send us by email, phone, or WhatsApp so we can respond to you and maintain a history of your enquiries.

We collect basic log and session information needed to keep your account secure and to keep the service running reliably.

We use the information we collect to:

• create and manage your account and verify that it is you;
• process repair bookings, prepare quotations, and coordinate pickup and delivery;
• take payment for repairs through our payment provider;
• send you notifications about your repair by email, and by SMS on plans that include it;
• provide customer support and respond to your enquiries;
• protect the service against fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the platform, and only as far as is needed to deliver the service.

Processes payments, including mobile money, on our behalf.

Delivers the transactional emails we send you about your account and repairs.

Stores files such as your quotation documents.

Hosts and serves the application that you interact with.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

We keep your account and repair records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of any incident that affects it where we are required to do so.

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to or restrict certain uses of it. To make a request, contact us using the details below, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Our service is intended for customers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.

This service is operated by LUMINOUS VOLT, a business registered in Zambia with the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) under Business Registration Number 320261071417, which is the data controller for your information.
